John B. Weaver, AIA

John B. Weaver, AIA, is the founder of Peer Review-AE and has over 30 years of experience as an Architect (25 years) licensed in 28 states, and as a Director of Construction (5 years) for a major real estate developer in the Southeast.

While practicing architecture his firm had a reputation in the Atlanta area for producing the best construction documents.

John brings the knowledge of working in different jurisdictions with different codes and regulations to Peer Review-AE. Quality of service is how he earned his reputation.

In his own words:

"Having worked as an owner's representative for a major retail developer and having my own architectural practice for over 20 years, I know the quality of documents that you expect and the quality that is being produced lately.

I also know that a large number of claims involving changes, delays, and even site conditions result from coordination problems. The fact of the matter is that a full 50% of change orders are due to coordination errors that could have been avoided.

And we all know what the Owner/Developer thinks of change orders!

So what makes the Peer Review-AE coordination effort different? Simple! We have developed a systematic and logical method to check every word, detail, section, elevation, note, dimension, and drawing.

We also spend the necessary amount of time required to do a thorough quality job. And time is the key word. Crucial and necessary time resources which most Architects, Building Inspectors, Contractors, or Owner's representatives do not have or cannot allocate to properly coordinate their work on the project.

So I say, be pro-active and let Peer Review-AE coordinate your next project for you and get the quality of documents you expect."
